Hello. I looked at your attachments. Based on those and your description, advanced Excel skills defintiely are not needed for this project. You will simply have several sheets or tabs that are referenced by othe sheets. I prepared this type of system for my own use in developing new products in our lab. We always needed to adjust formulations to meet maximum allowed cost to yield a competive consumer price. (And after I had an initial formulation, I could already know if it was too expensive and therefore make adjustments, if possible, before ever submitting for evaluation.) I noted that some of your materials are in inexect measures, such as punnets. I will take a guess that you purchase these maerials in punnets. But to get an accurate, reproducible product and cost for the recipe, the recipe needs to have all ingredients in standard weight (such as grams) and volume (such as milliters). (OK, the amount of spices will have some recipe variability, of course, but that can be factored-in.)
