I experience in BMS development for more than 5 years which gives me have a rich knowledge of Li-ion characteristics such as the li-ion impedance related to the temperature, Battery Health, Depth of Discharge related to Open Circuit Voltage, Coulomb counting, etc. The BMS has a lot of protection features including over/under charge, Over/under discharge, Over Temperature, Over Load, Over circuit, etc
A Battery Management System has at least 3 submodules: Battery Gauge, Battery protection, and Balancing. It could also include an optional integrated charger circuit.
I also have a lot of experience in BLE communication, especially between ESP32 and Android mobile applications,
At least I have done 2 projects may similar to your projects :
1. Wireless BMS project: This is 10s li-ion BMS that can be configured and monitored through LORA ( Long Range Radio )
2. Wireless Power Management: The device can coordinate 5 Power banks to supply loads, it supports USB-C Power Delivery as well, and the parameter inside can be configured and monitored from Android APK through BLE
