I'm searching for a skilled web developer to create an exceptional attendance system.
Duty based attendance,
For a given date and for a given duty you will be having only one employee working
We should be able to add new duties.
For given day you will be having fixed duties….we fill employee names into those duties….there will be some optional duties….we might assign it or not.
Kitchen duties assignment form, and restaurant duties assignment form…..word formats of these forms are attached.
Duty type – full or half
Employee table – name, role, salary type, salary, and other personal details,
Based on the duties assignment we should calculate summary reports…head count reports…..cost incurred report….
Weekly Duty roster template/ or default values for a duty, these defaults can be changed.…..fixed duties with fixed employees…this helps the manager to enter the data quickly….
Restaurant duties are different – there will be 4 shifts. And 3 halls. Each hall has maximum number of duties…..waiters need to assigned to those duties….and cleaning boys need to be assigned to cleaning duties…..see the “Floor Staff” sheet in the attached excel file.
Summary report for floor staff….with total man hours, ots etc….refer the “Floor Staff” sheet in the attached excel file.
Need to send sms to present employees and owner on submitting the duty roster.
Note: these are tentative requirements as we discuss and develop we get good shape.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in web development and designing web-based forms
- Familiarity with popular web languages JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
- Understanding of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles
- Familiarity with databases, and a solid understanding of best practices for capturing and storing sensitive information
