script maker for api for collecting database

I have an api from rapid api which i will be providing. The api gives details of a Car by its registration number. I want to collect data using that api and it should be automatic.
for example a car Reg number is WB02AA"0001" so i will feed W02AA0001 TO WB02AA9999
So it will collect all individual data from WB02AA0001 to 9999 and save it in a excel format so the data can be analysed later.
I am looking for a script maker who can create an API for collecting data from a specific database. The ideal candidate should have experience working with MySQL, as this is the database we are using for our project.
Skills and experience needed:
- Proficiency in MySQL and API development
- Knowledge of data collection methods and best practices
- Ability to create a script to efficiently collect data from the database
The script should have the following functionality:
- Data collection only: The script should be able to retrieve data from the database and store it in a format that can be easily accessed and analyzed later.
