I'm looking for an experienced video editor with excellent skills in creating a casual, conversational podcast video. I have a 60-minute video podcast for a reaction channel on YouTube that needs editing to ensure the video remains engaging and easy-to-follow.
- Video Editing Style: The goal is to keep it simple but powerful, with emphasis on the conversation and content. Removing long pauses, editing out conversations or elements that don't add anything to the video and keeping the flow watchable.
- Tasks: Full editing of conversation, cutting irrelevant or boring elements that don't add to the video, audio correction, colour correction.
- Tone: The channel is a reaction channel so it should be casual and conversational, creating a relaxed and inviting atmosphere for viewers.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience in podcast video editing, strong attention to detail, and a knack for maintaining an audio's natural flow while ensuring high audio-visual quality.
Duration - Each episode should be kept to 45-60 minutes. Each episode will have approx. 75-90 minutes of raw footage.
It would be helpful to see some past editing of video podcasts you've done for other clients if possible.
